Safety

The rule for safety introduces a number of obligations for the employer and workers’ rights.

In particular, the obligations of the employer are primarily in the business risk assessment, the appointment of compulsory figures engaged in the service of fire protection (team or a minimum of two employees per shift work and on the basis of dislocation must be adequate and sufficient to ensure the first aid measures) and first aid.

Safety at Work provides for workers subject to specific risks, a health monitoring plan that must implement the employer, and that includes the appointment of a competent doctor corporate and routine visits to be carried out on workers exposed to risks.

It is focused to eleminate or minimise risk to employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to risks associated with their activities.
