Certi W ® IA Policy

Certi W ® recognizes the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in improving operational efficiency, information management, and support activities across business processes.

The use of AI shall always comply with the principles of:

  • impartiality;
  • confidentiality and information protection;
  • data integrity and accuracy;
  • professional competence;
  • compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and legal requirements.

AI may be used solely as a support tool for operational and administrative activities. Under no circumstances shall AI systems replace professional judgment, technical competence, or the decision-making responsibility of personnel authorized by the Organization.

All decisions related to certification, inspection, auditing, technical review, validation, approval, and issuance of certificates or reports remain the sole responsibility of competent personnel and authorized decision-making bodies.

Confidential customer information, audit evidence, inspection findings, or any information subject to confidentiality obligations shall not be entered into public or unauthorized AI systems unless expressly authorized and protected by appropriate security measures.

All personnel are responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of AI-generated content before its use or dissemination.

The Organization periodically monitors the use of AI technologies to ensure their responsible, secure, and effective application.
